After Minty raised old Geoff, Spus and Max decided to go on a looting spree to thank their host. They discovered the site of the Spell Duel, where Minty struck down his evil great-uncle Maltarin, while Geoffrey made friends with a mysterious young girl claiming to be the scholar's daughter.
So after helping a farmer with his half-pint dilemma, the party travelled to Graven where they heard about something called the amazing RANDO'S COLLOSEUM, a few days south-east of Graven.
But this was no time for distractions, and they pressed onwards to Professor Mabador Frinké's lab to retrieve his research findings. Unfortunately, Frinké's now undead wife chose that moment to show up with a couple of her new friends.
After fighting off the vampires, the party resolved to return to Mintarin and see if he was dead yet.
